It affects children even more and causes over 400 SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) deaths per year, between 150-300,000 respiratory tract infections, and up to 15,000 hospital visits per year. Some children are affected permanently as a result of secondhand smoke. 



Vaping may be somewhat safer than smoking, but it’s not without risks. Some believe that vaping or e-cigarettes are more dangerous, although this is unproven right now. However, evidence is showing that it does cause harm to the body. Vaping may cause rapid onset of coughing, breathing difficulties, heart, brain, and gum illnesses. It hasn’t been identified exactly why, but there are certain chemicals being put into the e-liquids. Too many people are under the impression that it is fairly harmless. This product may also help with vaping addiction or any type of nicotine addiction. 


Citrus Pectin and It’s Wonderful Benefits for The Body

Pectin is a power substance contained within the cell walls of different fruits and vegetables. The most concentrated sources are the ones we often eat the least of. Citrus-based fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruits contain pectin and several valuable flavonoids. Modified citrus pectin has been subjected to many different clinical trials. It also contains anti-fungal and bacterial properties. When paired with other polyphenols such as ellagic acid, the effects may improve. 


Zinc is a critical element for proper immune function. Low levels of deficiencies can affect the development of acquired immunity. Specifically, certain cells of the immune system such as T and B lymphocytes , as well as antibody production will be affected. This won’t allow the immune system to function optimally in fighting off infections. Selenium is also an important cofactor in fighting off infections with zinc.
